Long Beach Airport (LGB)

The Long Beach Airport is 7 miles from the Hilton Long Beach Hotel. The drive time is 15 minutes.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

The Los Angeles International Airport is 21 miles from the Hilton Long Beach Hotel. The drive time is 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Hotel Self Parking is available to meeting attendees at a discounted rate of $8.00 per day.

Valet Parking is available at a rate of $19.00 per day

ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Long Beach hotel, at the rate of $219.00 per night, plus a 15 percent tax for March 1st – March 4th. Rates for Saturday March 5th are discounted at $139.00 per night, plus a 15 percent tax.

You can also make reservations by calling Hilton central reservations directly at 800-Hiltons (445-8667) and request the group rate for the 2011 Digital Media Learning Conference. Reservations require either a credit card number or one night’s advance deposit. 

Hotel reservations are available on a first come basis and must be made by February 8, 2011 5:00pm PST to ensure the group rate. After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations on a space and rate available basis.  Reservations not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or no shows, will be billed the first night’s room rate.

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm.

Please note that a credit card imprint or cash deposit for incidental charges (per night) is due at check in. All incidental expenses (valet service, room service, telephone calls, and gratuities) are due at check-out.
